ANTONIO MOLINAFractional CPO / CTO for B2B Startups | AI-Native Executive
20+ years across gaming, SaaS & immersive tech · 30+ products shipped · Teams built from 1 to 25 · From CD Projekt RED to founder-CEO of a venture-backed company

A full-time CPO and CTO pair in Thailand costs ฿6-8M ($170-230k) a year fully loaded, and senior product/tech executives with Western startup experience are rare in the market. Most B2B startups under $20M ARR need that seniority, not that headcount. Based in Bangkok, I take executive ownership of product and technology 1-2 days a week, with AI governance built in, backed by the full founder arc: raised institutional rounds, built the team, shipped the product, sold enterprise. I ship, not just advise.
Fractional CPO / CTO with AI Governance Built In
One executive, one accountability line, three domains that fail when they are split:
Product
Strategy, roadmap, and prioritization tied to revenue and retention, not feature count.
Technology
Architecture decisions, engineering team management, delivery cadence, build-vs-buy calls.
AI Governance
Security, compliance (incl. PDPA and EU AI Act exposure), and adoption owned at C-level, from audit to workflows your team runs daily.
For: B2B startups and SMEs in Thailand, Singapore, and SEA under $20M ARR, post-product, that need an experienced product/tech executive without the full-time cost. Fractional CTO and fractional CPO for B2B startups in Bangkok, Thailand, Singapore and Southeast Asia. Deliverable-based or 1-2 days/week retainer.
What you get
- A written scope with an explicit out-of-scope list, agreed before anything starts.
- A roadmap tied to revenue and retention, not feature count, with the prioritization calls made and written down.
- Architecture, hiring and build-vs-buy decisions owned, and an engineering delivery cadence your team actually runs.
- An AI governance baseline: security, compliance and adoption, from audit to the workflows your team runs daily, rules written down.
- A monthly review, built in: each month closes with 30 minutes on what shipped, what is next, continue or stop. Getting started is free: the intro call and the scoped proposal.
- The full chain: developer, lead dev, producer, PM, head of product, CEO. Not a career that skipped steps.
- 3 interim executive mandates in 12 months in Bangkok: CTO for a food-delivery startup, Head of IT for an online travel agency (full platform rebuild), PM for an AR startup. A decade operating across SEA and Europe.
- Built enterprise sales motions with 12-month cycles into global cruise and mall groups, from cold outreach to multi-stage vendor audits.
- Stack: Claude & Claude Code daily · Next.js, React, Node.js, AWS · Unity, Unreal, AR · analytics-driven delivery.
Trezio: live 3D/AR venue platform
Founder-CEO since 2023. Raised institutional pre-seed and seed rounds, built the company from zero to 12 people, shipped on iOS and Android (100% offline, BLE presence tracking), signed the first paying venues, and built enterprise sales motions with 12-month cycles into global cruise operators and premium European mall groups.
Private members community (current client)
Membership, events, and booking platform for a 5,000-member, KYC-verified private community, 3.5 years in operation.
Creator-economy marketplace (in production)
Shipped solo in 2026 with AI-assisted development: verified creator profiles, secured payments with payout SLAs, compliance tooling, and reputation systems, end to end with no dev team.
Build Sprints, On Demand
Full-week intensive: I design, build, and ship a scoped deliverable solo with AI-assisted development. MVPs, prototypes, internal tools, AI workflow rollouts. Fixed price per sprint, working product at the end. Limited availability, subject to scheduling.
For: founders who need something built now, without hiring a team.
Fundraising & Investor Readiness
Deck, narrative, data room, cap table hygiene, term sheet and SHA literacy, using my investor scorecard method. I raised institutional pre-seed and seed rounds end to end as a CEO: term sheets, SHA, cap table, ESOP.
For: founders preparing or running a pre-seed or seed raise. Start with a free investor-readiness assessment: scorecard plus written report, on the intro call.
- Based in Bangkok, on-site in Thailand possible, remote across SEA and Europe.
- Deliverable-based engagements, scoped and priced on outcomes.
- Direct and senior: you work with me, hands-on, not a team of juniors.
- Trusted network: senior C-level specialists I can bring in for needs beyond scope, on request.
- Languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, basic Thai.
Sectors: SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, IoT, e-commerce, tourism, hospitality, events · stage-fit over industry-fit.
How it starts: intro call (free, 30 min), then a scoped proposal with fixed deliverables.
How does a fractional CPO / CTO engagement work?
I take executive ownership of product and technology 1-2 days a week, with AI governance built in. Engagements are deliverable-based: scope agreed in writing before anything starts, outcomes rather than hours. You work with me directly, hands-on, not a team of juniors. And when there is one specific goal to hit, it can run as a full-week sprint instead: fixed scope, working code at the end of the week.
How many days a week, and how fast can you start?
One or two days a week depending on scope, or a full week of sprint work against a specific goal. Start dates depend on open slots at the time; the intro call is where we check fit, timing and availability, and you get a clear answer there, not a waiting list.
Remote or on-site?
Based in Bangkok. On-site in Thailand is possible and agreed in the scope; remote across SEA and Europe otherwise.
What does AI governance mean in practice?
Three pillars, owned at C-level, starting with an audit of where AI touches your data, your customers and your decisions.
- Security: what AI may touch, and what never leaves your walls.
- Compliance: the rules that apply to you, including PDPA and EU AI Act exposure, checked against how you actually use AI.
- Adoption: the workflows your team runs daily, rules written down, a named owner for every AI-touched decision, and human judgment kept where it matters: signatures, numbers, anything a customer will read.
That judgment is where the executive earns the seat.
What happens on the intro call?
Thirty minutes on Google Meet, free. Your 7, 30 or 90-day goal in your words, where it blocks today (product, technology, or the AI governance around it), and what I would ship first, and whether a mandate, a sprint, or nothing at all is the right shape.
